Does the new bag smell normal?

The new bag may have a slight leather or glue smell when it comes off the factory. This is normal. The smell will dissipate after ventilation for 1-2 days and will not affect the use of the bag.

Is your bag made of genuine leather?

We mainly use 【top layer cowhide / second layer cowhide / PU】, and the details of the leather materials are all indicated on the product page. Before leaving the factory, they go through the 【quality inspection process】, and the leather quality, hardware and stitching are all checked.

How soon will the shipment be dispatched? How long will it take to arrive?

Standard items are shipped within [48 hours]. Customized items take [5 days]. Delivery will be made within [8 to 15 days] after dispatch (except for remote areas). You can check the logistics on the order page after placing the order.

What should I do if there are quality issues with the goods received?

If any damage or hardware detachment is found upon receipt within 7 days, please take photos and send them to the customer service. We will offer a refund, exchange or re-delivery.

How to maintain？
To keep your bag beautiful as the years pass, we recommend following these guidelines for its care :
  • Beware not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim.
  • Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep your product away from any direct source of heat (radiators, car interiors overheated by the sun, etc).
  • Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as any material (magazines, other leathers, etc.) that may transfer their colored pigments onto the product.
  • Keep your product away from water. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry with a lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
  • In order to protect your product when you are not using it, store it in the felt protective pouch provided.
  • Ageing: Monogram Empreinte leather will become more supple and beautiful with time. The embossing will evolve as a testimony to it's owner's experiences, giving each bag a personal and unique touch.
